We discussed the difficulties we were having with the garage doors and he recommended several solutions and the associated costs for each. Wanted to change the codes for our garage door opener and opened a chat with the Precision support agent Jason at 8:30am, explained what we needed done. He set an appointment and within 40 minutes Jeremy the service Tech arrived, checked the entire system over, explained what we needed to watch for with springs etc, changed the opener codes and departed. Jeremy provided a complete explanation of what he completed and the payment options. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend Precision.

Our garage door opener snapped last night around 7pm. Garage door unable to be opened. Called Precision Overhead at 8am, and by 2pm had a new, perfect system, all elements replaced. Nate was fantastic, knowledgeable about every aspect of installation, thorough, deliberate yet quick, and truly nice on top of it. When it's time to replace our garage door (soon), we'll be glad to use Precision again. Highly recommend.

So very happy with Precision Overhead. Initially I called with broken door springs with trapped vehicle. They were there the next day. Matt suggested everything I needed. Got my car out and waived the service call after accepting his price. He came and replaced everything on 2 garage doors, answered all my questions and concerns. I called late on a Friday Afternoon for an emergency call as my door opener died and I could not get the door to close and lock. Nate arrived earlier then promised, did inspections on both my doors. He did a complete inspection of everything. He found a sensor went bad inside my opener. I was impressed he even had the parts to fix it with him. I was up and running in no time at all. I also know that both my doors are in good balance and all associated items were in great working order. I recommend their service and will use them again if needed.

I called at 9:00 am to make a appointment to have the broken door springs replaced on the garage door. The serviceman was at my home at 10:30 am the same day,he gave me a fair quote for parts and labor, and had all the correct parts on the truck to make the repairs. In no time the job was completed. What a great experience, I called for service on my rental property and a technician was at the house within an hour. He accessed the issues with in minutes and offered a reasonable estimate to repair my garage roll up door. The cheap contractor spring gave up the ghost after only 10 years of use. He replaced the spring mechanism with a heavy duty spring with new nylon rollers. The door work better than ever with a limited life time warranty.Thanks for the great service
